Failure to abide by them may result in your suspension, removal, and/or banning from the Hithurricane website. Legal action may be taken depending on the severity of an offense. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and will take all appropriate steps to notify the membership should this happen.

Content of sites

Any website that you place into the exchange which will be visited by our members must abide by these rules:

Sites must not contain illegal or innapropriate content such as pornography - including but not limited to images and graphics, suggestive or erotic articles, or sexual paraphanalia for viewing and/or sale - warez (unlicensed or stolen software and or software hacks), controlled substances either legal or illegal, and anything else that violates the law and/or general moral values.
Sites must be appropriate to be viewed by children. As a guideling please keep websites at a rating of PG-13.
Must be dominately english speaking.

Furthermore, websites placed into our exchange which will be viewed through our surfbar must abide by these rules:

No more than 1 popup
Must not break frames

Account activity

It is the sole responsibility of you as an account holder to maintain your activity. Inactive accounts may be deleted after a certain period. You must also keep all of your email address current as so that we have a means of contacting you should it be required.

LIABILITY

Hithurricane is not responsible for the content of websites that you see advertised on our site. While we attempt to keep violating websites out of the system we cannot guarantee the quality of the sites being advertised.
